Area management has got to do something about the processes behind the counter and scheduling of this store. Placed an app order order for 3 tacos, 1 burrito and 1 bowl today for a 7:10 pickup. I have been waiting since 7:10 and it is now 8:00 with no order yet. Around 7:20 the carryout order prep table gave a 1/2 dozen people waiting their receipts and sent them through the main line to have their food prepared. I just checked in to see where the order was and he tried to tell me he sent me through the main line. It is always like this when I come here.
